NASCAR is a fast-paced exciting environment driven by talented sales individuals on the rise. Sponsorship revenue is the driver behind all successful teams. Brennan Poole is recognized as an up-and-coming NASCAR talent. His team is looking for an experienced, self-driven individual to join his team and sell potential partners on race sponsorship.
-As a contracted employee, a Team Sales Executive will be focused on, executing prospecting calls and emails to potential sponsors while providing detailed analytics to management staff.
-This position will be focused on prospecting, appointment setting, executing sales presentations in a face-to-face & virtual format, facilitating group sales programming and events, along with closing sales.
-The candidate will be held accountable to certain levels of activity and production (calls, appointments, pipeline KPI’s, lead generation, and revenue). This will be reported to management twice a week.
-Strong self-leadership skills and able to hold themselves accountable to sponsorship sales best practices (daily prospecting, training, etc.)
-Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule in the event the position requires in person meetings at the racetrack.
-Candidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to conduct sales calls, email prospecting, setting meetings and attending sales meetings.
-Proven track record of 3-4 years of sports sales experience
-Candidate must have a strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports
-Ability to present sales material to large groups and clients
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
